I appreciate your concern about your health. Regular eating of hot foods from plastic container can increase microplastics in body. But as it was just once you took, don't bother much. But definitely try to avoid such foods in future. Take care

A single one-time exposure like this — hot food sitting in plastic for about 30 minutes — carries very low health risk. The concern with hot food in plastic is that heat can cause microscopic amounts of chemicals like BPA or phthalates to leach into food. However, the quantity released from a single accidental or infrequent exposure is far below any level that would cause measurable harm. Health concerns from plastic chemicals arise with chronic, regular, repeated exposure over months to years — not from an occasional incident like this. You are unlikely to experience any symptoms from this, and no treatment or special action is needed.
Next Steps
Going forward, try to avoid reheating or storing very hot food in plastic containers — use glass, stainless steel, or ceramic when possible. If you experience any stomach discomfort or nausea in the next day or two (which would be coincidental, not related to plastic), you can take a simple antacid. No tests or medical visit are needed for this single exposure. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.

Hot food in plastic will affect the health only if it is taken on a regular basis since plastic releases certain chemicals under heat.
