Exhaling hot air may or maynot be normal. You may experience this normally if you're in a cold region or in ac for a long time as the body tries to maintain its internal temperature. Also you may experience this if you have fever. Burning sensation may be due to acid reflux. Lightheadedness may be due to nervous system related or inner ear related or cardiovascular problems. By history you have provided we cant come to a proper diagnosis.
