temperature of 97–99°F is normal, so this is not fever. The problem is more likely metabolic or hormonal, not infection.Do not self-medicate. Early diagnosis can completely control the condition.Do not ignore this. Visit a doctor (physician/endocrinologist) as soon as possible.
Next Steps
test to be done- Fasting blood sugar -HbA1c -Urine routine + urine sugar -Thyroid profile (TSH, T3, T4) -Serum electrolytes -Kidney function tests

Feeling hot without true fever, dry mouth, excess salivation, and frequent urination for months can be due to anxiety/stress, thyroid imbalance, blood sugar issues, or dehydration. Since temperature is normal, this is unlikely to be an infection but needs evaluation.

Your symptoms and blood reports suggest a chronic infection and possibly urine tube (urethra) issues You need to do the following: 1. Blood tests: ESR, TSH, HbA1C 2. Chest x ray 3. Urine culture and urine for TB culture 4. Ultrasound abdomen and specifically ask them to do ‘Pre and Post void bladder scan’. All the best. J G S R clinic
