Hi my bp I am checking it's coming in normal range no bp problem now 4 days before my bp was 134/90  and before one day is normal but I started taking medicine to control pulse rate concor 1.25  from that day when my bp comes this High  and daily I check my bp from that day it's coming normal in normal range and in morning before  taking medicine check on third day that time normal does actually I have bp problem or not i am confused right now

I take2 booster dose on may 2025  I take 4 intradermal dose last was 22nov 2025 but never take immuno globulin .. today a dog bite occure but little blood comes out . Doctor give me 4 intradermal vaccine. Do i need immunoglobulin?

I took 5 doses of Abhayrab vaccine from April to may in 2025 and Two booster doses on 9th and 12th Of December. Again today 17th Jan 2026, I got bitten by a stray dog , I didn't see any bleeding but after 5 hrs I could feel the pain on my leg so i washed the wound with life buoy for 15 mins. Do i again need to have the rabies vaccine if yes how many??

I had weight gain problem form 2023 I test around 8 time TFT but always tsh is normal but total t4 always lie between 4.5 to 5 and total t3 always lie between 0.73 to 0.92 but with all 8 TFT test i check free t4 also which came always normal only weight gain problem very easily with normal diet also is total t4 low weight gain reason not any symptoms but from childhood I had fatty body type yesterday free t4 was 1.32 and  total t4 5.2 and tsh 0.92 and total t3 0.90

I have severe knee pain and current going for physiotherapy treatment but dark patches are seen on my ankle joint causing severe pain.i am confused whether it is cellulitis,peripheral artery disease or varicose veins.please suggest
