Care AI Shimmer
This picture after a heavy late-night meal usually points to acid reflux - the acid irritates the throat and gives cough, a tight feeling in the chest and disturbed sleep, and headache follows from poor sleep. Keep dinner light and at least two hours before lying down, avoid curd, eggs and fried food at night, and raise the head end of your bed a little.
Next Steps
If the breathlessness increases, chest pain starts, or you get vomiting or black stools, get checked the same day; otherwise if it does not settle in 3-4 days, book a Practo teleconsult with me or visit me at Synergy Multispeciality Hospital, Miraj.

There is no need to start antibiotics so early based on the current symptoms, it could be due to acidity and indigestion. If breathlessness persists with palpitations and sweating, it might be a cardio issue, in that case you will need to consult a healthcare professional In case you have fever or cough then you might need to start medications
Next Steps
In the above scenario, you will need to wait and follow as advised
Health Tips
Do keep your diet under control and keep you diet light before going to bed

Avoid further heavy and spicy foods, stay upright, sip water, and avoid lying down for 3 hours after meals. However if it is worsening please get in person assessment rather than assuming it is reflux.
