Based on this, a Vitamin D level of 12.5\text{ ng/mL} indicates a significant Vitamin D deficiency (normal levels are typically above 30\text{ ng/mL}). Vitamin D plays a crucial role in calcium absorption, bone strength, and optimal skeletal muscle function. Low levels are a very common cause of persistent muscle weakness, fatigue, and slow workout recovery. However, for a proper diagnosis and to structure an appropriate corrective therapeutic dose, a medical review is recommended.
