At your age you should get a Urine examination, Sonography of the abdomen (KUB and Prostate) done and consult a General Physician with the report. Prostate problems can occur at this age irrespective of your other problems.

Your urinary symptoms should be evaluated further, especially considering your age and past medical history. I recommend consulting a Urologist or General Physician (Internal Medicine) for a detailed clinical assessment. Your doctor may advise urine routine and culture, fasting and post-meal blood sugar with HbA1c, kidney function tests, serum PSA (if appropriate), and an ultrasound of the kidneys, bladder, and prostate with post-void residual urine measurement. Additional tests may be recommended depending on the examination findings. Treatment will depend on the underlying cause and may include medications, lifestyle modifications such as reducing fluids before bedtime and limiting caffeine, or other targeted therapies based on the investigation results. Please avoid starting any new medication without consulting your treating doctor, particularly given your history of bone marrow cancer and previous heart bypass surgery.
