Sleep disruption
I was recently diagnosed with vitamin B12 deficiency (151 pg/mL) and vitamin D insufficiency (21.9 ng/mL). After starting methylcobalamin 1500 µg daily (Nurokind Forte Z) and vitamin D3 60,000 IU weekly about 10 days ago, I've developed fragmented, non-restorative sleep with early-morning awakenings (3:30–4:30 AM), often with vivid dreams, along with mild daytime restlessness.

Your B12 and vitamin D both are too low. You need those medication. Methylcobalamine is a stimulant. Try to take them both in the morning. Or else try taking IM methylcobalamine
Next Steps
feel free to consult me on practo for further evaluation and management

Methylcobalamin at high doses can activate the nervous system and disturb sleep — this is a known side effect. Make sure you're taking both B12 and Vitamin D in the morning with breakfast, not at night. This usually settles in 2-3 weeks. If sleep doesn't improve, switch to every alternate day dosing for B12.
Next Steps
Consult me on Practo if it doesn't improve in 2 weeks.

Your vitamin B12 level (151 pg/mL) confirms a significant deficiency, and your vitamin D level (21.9 ng/mL) is also insufficient. Both deficiencies can contribute to fatigue, poor sleep quality, mood changes, and neurological symptoms. Advice Take methylcobalamin in the morning after breakfast rather than in the evening, as B12 may be stimulating in some individuals and can interfere with sleep Avoid caffeine, nicotine, and energy drinks after 2 PM Avoid heavy meal before sleep Follow-up testing of vitamin B12 (and CBC if abnormal initially) after approximately 6–8 weeks is reasonable to assess response to therapy

The sleep related symptoms can be because you are taking the tablets at bed time but here are some other causes to consider 1. Ask ur partner / parents for episodes of snoring at night ( might be OSA) 2. Have an early dinner and light walking post dinner ( GERD related ) also lighter meal 3. Avoid alcohol 4. Elevate ur head while sleeping slightly 5. Avoid mobile or sleeping with lights on at night Hope this helps
