I went to the physio today for back pain and having had treatment the pain was too much and since I felt slightly feverish I took 2 tablets of 500mg of paracetamol at around 18:30pm. The physio has given me a muscle relaxant as well which contains 325mg of paracetamol which I have taken at around 21:00pm. Is this something to worry about as I have taken more than 1000mg of paracetamol at one time and not spaced within a 6 hour window?
