I am having left knee joint pain from one week, after applying moov the pain comes down for sometime and again comes back, I have tried warm water fomentation also.

I would suggest if moov is not helping out, than it’s not been effective in reducing inflammation which is causing you the pain. It could have been caused due to sprain or any other causes which cannot be evaluated further without proper examination and tests.
