Walking does not convert mild TR to moderate TR. Mild TR is usually a benign finding. The fast pulse on walking (110–125 bpm) is more likely related to deconditioning, anaemia, or anxiety rather than TR progression.
Next Steps
Get CBC and TSH done to rule out anaemia and thyroid issues. Repeat echo in 6–12 months to monitor TR. Avoid strenuous activity till reviewed. Consult me on Practo for a detailed assessment.

walking does not convert mild TR into moderate TR. if you have habit of smoking, stop it immediately. Mild asymptomatic Tricuspid regurgitation is common in many people. rule out hyperthyroidism or anemia or anxiety for your high heart rate. if you are obese, please reduce your weight. these things help you with TR. actually regular low intense exercise and gradually increasing it to moderate intense will help
