Mild pulmonary hypertension 33mmhg
Dear Doctors, I could see Mild mitral, mild tricuspid regurgitation with Mild pulmonary hypertension in my echo report. Artery pressure has shown as 33mmhg. Does it mean anything serious? Do I need to treat this issue.

One thing striking in your report is that you have too many "mild" things! Do you have any symptoms also? If it was advised by a General Physician please discuss with him He may refer you to a Cardiologist .

Need your background. Why Echocardiography was done. Tell me about symptoms. Pulmonary hypertension could be due to lung or heart or both. 33 mmHg pressure is not much. But to be monitored. Treatment will depend on your background and symptoms at present.
