Use clindamycin ointment for acne you can use Dettol antibacterial body wash or menthol, camphor or tea tree oil.

For mild back acne, use a salicylic acid body wash (like Neutrogena Body Clear or CeraVe SA). For dark spots, a body lotion with niacinamide or kojic acid helps over time. Keep the back clean and dry, wear breathable clothing.
