Severe right-sided back pain that shoots down towards the groin and does not let you sit, walk or lie down is most often a kidney or ureteric stone - that restless, cannot-find-a-comfortable-position pain is very typical of renal colic. A muscular or disc problem usually eases on lying still, which is not happening here. You need a urine routine and an ultrasound KUB (or NCCT KUB, which is the best test) plus creatinine, and until then a diclofenac or drotaverine tablet with plenty of water helps. If there is fever with chills, vomiting, blood in urine or you are passing very little urine, go to a hospital emergency now - an infected or blocked kidney cannot wait.

OK, but you are male ,then how its possible according to your question -pain move to vagina ....OK no problem 😊. OK its happen during typing .so you need first of all examination by gynecologist. Because without clinical examination, online is not possible to ruled out the exact cause.according to your symptoms it may be PID or something else.
