Sleep is mandatory and complete your b12,d3 medicines in a regular way.dont skip.child is unpredictable in this age and all activities you mentioned here are normal to child .you need to Maintain a schedule and follow it like if you cant sleep in night ,manage your sleep in daytime.its child ,he/she dont know what is day or night.so you adjust your time.
