As such paradel tpr causes only minor side effects like indigestion, drowsiness. But along with tablets it is better to follow some precautions for recovery.
She should avoid bending of back, sit with back straight and well supported, sleep preferably in supine position on a hard bed, avoid lifting or pushing heavy objects. Now when pain is reduced by 50 %, consider some spine strengthening exercises on advise of orthopedician or physiotherapist.
In the MRI changes r seen in L345 and s1 disc s with minimal nerve compression .Takibg pain killers for too long is not advisable.Better to see a neurosurgeon and do traction or immobilization for some time.
Paradel tpr includes paracetamol and Tolperisone. They both are very good medicines with very less side-effects if you compare with other medicines. You can use it if pain is still persistent.
Nervedel CD3 also helps in regeneration of damaged nerves. It contains vitamins . Safe to use.
