Your BMI is 30 which means you are quite overweight for your height of 5'.3". Disc space reduction with low back pain in presence of obesity is a sign of impending radiculopathy. Reduce your weight, do light exercises without bending forwards, no weight lifting, not sleeping in thick soft mattresses are the Do's and Don't for you. For anything more you may consult.
