Back pain due to herinated disc L4,5
I had a severe back pain due to herniated disc at the age of 16. I got numbness in my foot because of that. I consulted a physiotherapist regarding that, and he cured the numbness sensation. Also my pain was reduced to 30%. He suggested me some exercise, which I stopped at the age of 18 since my pain went down to 20%. Now am 24. Still now I didn't lifted any weight. I used to have an uncomfortable wake-up at all morning due to that. Also I can't bend down greater than 45 deg. Should I need to resume my exercises or go for a surgery? Please suggest.
