Disc desiccation with diffuse posterior annular bulge and left subartulicular disc protrusion L5-S1 level causes anterior thecal sac indentation and left recess left neural foraminal narrowing with abutment of left traversing/ exiting nerve root.
Can someone translate this to simple English and make me understand it ??? Is there any serious issue mentioned??? Please share medication and treatment option for this , currently facing left side back pain and difficult to sleep at night

It says there is pressure on the exiting nerve at L5S1 level resulting in your symptoms.
The degenerative changes mentioned could be because of many things, nutritional deficiencies to bad posture , prolonged sitting, injury etc etc
