Back pain, not sure if it's slip disc
I have been having back pain for an year now, I'm not sure if it's slip disc or anything else, can you please me and tell me what exactly has happened to me and how I should diagnose it. I have attached my mri as well

Get a new MRI LS Spine done and consult an orthopedician. Start sleeping on hard bed, avoid bending too much, sit straight.
