Blood report review
My blood reports show slightly elevated calcium and phosphorus but my KFT AND LFT is normal with severe vit D  deficiency and b12 deficiency. Is it safe for me to take vit d 60K iu? And 1500 mcg b12 .. Is something wrong with me? I have attached my report here. Vit d is 5 And b12 is 171 Tell me what should I do..

Before starting vit d, get serum parathormone tested. For low vit b12, take tab neurobion one morning and one evening for 4 weeks.

Since your calcium and phosphorus are high check alkaline phosphatase and serum parathormone levels.if uou have hyperparathyroidism vit D therapy can again increase your calcium.so vit D has to be used either caution

You need to take these supplements asap .vitamin d help in calcium absorption, that's why level is low .
