Brain heaviness aur dizziness ke saath left hand aur leg mein numbness hona sirf vertigo maan kar treat karna theek nahi hoga. Ye symptoms neurological evaluation demand karte hain, especially jab 15 din se persistent hain aur medicines se improvement nahi hua.
Next Steps
Please neurologist se proper in-person consultation karwayein. Neurological examination ke baad doctor decide karenge ki MRI brain, blood tests (CBC, B12, thyroid, sugar etc.) ya koi aur investigation ki zarurat hai. Bina examination ke koi nayi tablet add/change na karein.
Health Tips
Aap chahein to apni reports aur complete history ke saath mujhse Practo par connect/consult karke further evaluation aur treatment plan discuss kar sakte hain.

Numbness of the left hand and leg along with head heaviness and sound intolerance is not a plain vertigo picture, so simply adding one more tablet is not the right approach. This combination can come from migraine variants, cervical spine problems, anaemia, B12 deficiency, thyroid issues or anxiety - but one-sided numbness always needs a proper neurological examination first. I would not prescribe more medicines to you without that.
Next Steps
Get examined in person soon and carry your old prescriptions. Basic tests worth doing: CBC, vitamin B12, vitamin D, TSH, blood sugar, and cervical spine X-ray; your doctor may add an MRI brain if the examination suggests it. If the numbness suddenly worsens, or you get slurred speech, facial deviation, weakness of limbs or severe sudden headache, go to the nearest emergency at once. Do not keep changing tablets on your own.
First you have to rule out posterior circulation stroke.Since no improvement with Anti vertigo drugs you should consult an ENT specialist for further evaluation.
Next Steps
Dix Halpike Maneuver,NCCT brain,

the sooner you see the doctor and do needful that much less injury to your body.
Persistent dizziness, heaviness of the head not responding to the prescribed medicines is an indication for consulting a neurologist in your area for a clinical examination and appropriate management
Since you have persistent dizziness/head heaviness with intermittent numbness of the left hand and leg, a proper neurological examination is needed rather than adding another tablet. Please consult an MD Medicine/Neurology physician at the earliest for evaluation and appropriate investigations. Do not self-medicate or increase your current medicines without review.
Persistent head heaviness with dizziness needs proper evaluation. There can be multiple reasons for this condition. I'm just letting you know possibilities
High BP can cause headache with dizziness. Check your BP 1st.
BPPV is vertigo due to ear imbalance.
Mild brain stroke .... Partial occlusion of certain brain blood vessels can cause these symptoms. Especially your left sided weakness or numbness.
Certain heart rhythm disturbances can also lead to this. You would need an ECG.
To come to a conclusion you should get examined 1st. An opinion from won't be sufficient enough for your issue.
Also with migraine and vertigo medicine if it's not working, then it's not the proper diagnosis.
Consult a neurologist at the earliest possible.

feel free to consult me on practo for further evaluation and management
Hi, thank you for sharing details. Numbness in one hand/leg along with headache and sound sensitivity lasting 15 days, and not improving with medicines, needs a proper in-person evaluation. This combination of symptoms should not be managed only with tablets suggested online.
Next Steps
Please consult a Neurologist in person as soon as possible. You may need a clinical examination and possibly a brain scan (MRI) to find the exact cause. Please carry all your previous prescriptions and reports to the appointment.
Health Tips
Since one-sided numbness is present, please don't ignore this or delay the visit. Avoid self-adjusting your current medicines — take them as prescribed until you see the neurologist.
Hi dear
You need to explain your symptoms in little more detail like
