Brain fog, muscle weakness, dizziness
I am 33yr old female. Since last two years I am experiencing extreme dizziness, tiredness, unclear, slow thinking. My appetite has increased a lot but I am not gaining weight rather lost about 2KGs Even eating too much. My weight is now 35.20Kgs I fall asleep faster and sleeping too much. I sometimes get off balance. I have no sexual drive. What health checkups should I go for?
