What could be the reason of muscle weakness keeping aside when one is suffering from an anxiety disorder(as in this also with anxiety muscle pain and weakness comes). I feel my muscle is very weak as even after doing a small physical work I feel exhausted(haemoglobin level normal) and weak muscle which in not able to do any further work. Lacking strength in my muscles is my major problem, develops pain and spasm very quickly. Please suggest which medical condition can it be?
