Two separate issues here. A mildly raised bilirubin with otherwise normal liver tests, seven months after stopping alcohol, is often Gilbert's syndrome, a harmless inherited variation that rises with fasting, stress or illness. The low sodium is very likely from drinking about 15 litres of water a day, which dilutes blood sodium and can become dangerous.
Next Steps
Please cut your water intake to roughly 2.5-3 litres a day (more only if you sweat heavily) and recheck serum sodium after a week. Get LFT with direct and indirect bilirubin, CBC, reticulocyte count, serum electrolytes, TSH, cortisol if advised, and an ultrasound abdomen. Continue complete alcohol abstinence. You are welcome to consult me on Practo or at Synergy Miraj with your reports so we can interpret them together.

1)Low sodium is due to too much water intake. 15 litres is harmful. 3-4litres is enough for your BMI. 2)High Bilirubin is due to long term Alcohol consumption. It takes time to heal. Drastic lifestyle changes required like:- •Exercise 30 minutes daily •Stop Alcohol. • Black coffee without sugar- 1 cup daily. •One lemon ti be added to 250ml water and consumed daily empty stomach, 30 minutes before breakfast. •3 litres water intake daily. •Stop Oily, spicy, junk food, switch to fibrous and fruit rich diet.
