Mild fever with a significant cough and chills usually points to an infection of the respiratory tract, most often viral, though a raised inflammatory marker on the report suggests a bacterial infection needs to be ruled out. Reports alone cannot confirm the source; they must be read along with an examination of the chest and the full clinical history.
Next Steps
Please have him examined in person soon so his chest can be listened to and his temperature and oxygen saturation checked; a chest X-ray may be advised if the cough is deep or persistent. Meanwhile ensure plenty of fluids, rest, steam inhalation and warm saline gargles. Paracetamol as per the usual dose can be used for fever. Antibiotics should only be taken if a doctor prescribes them after evaluation.

He has infection and resultant inflammation, also Urinary tract infection.
Please share what meds he has taken so far, then I can guide further.
