My weight was 52 kgs 4 month back mow my weight is 63 kg. I already done my thyroid test. so help me out for losing the weight.

I am 30 years old.Diagnosed with diabetes 2 years back.I am 5'10 I used to weigh 77 kgs but suddenly I lost weight and my weight went down to 62 kgs that's when I got it checked and I was diagnosed with High Sugar. Now my sugar is in control I take my meds daily. Now my weight is 69 kgs,its constant. I want to increase my weight because I look skinny. What can I do to gain weight and build mass. I am 21 years old.Is blood pressure reading of 105/60 normal for me?I maintain a healthy diet and do exercise daily.I have alcoholic fatty liver and mild fatty pancreas.I cannot sleep at night due to gastric and as a result there's constant pain in my head which makes my head feel too heavy.
