Blood pressure
I am 21 years old.Is blood pressure reading of 105/60 normal for me?I maintain a healthy diet and do exercise daily.I have alcoholic fatty liver and mild fatty pancreas.I cannot sleep at night due to gastric and as a result there's constant pain in my head which makes my head feel too heavy.

Many things corelate each other so main reason of all problems is bad lifestyle, eating pattern, less exercise. For all things avoid alcohol, fried food and oily food, sweets, chocolate, carbonated beverages, acidic foods like tomatoes and other fruits should be avoided.

1 st avoid stress and do regular exercise like brisk walk for 30 min. Avoid outside food ,junk food, avoid maida naida products. Eat home made food take small frequent meals. Drink enough water 2-3 lit water. Sleep for 7-8 hours. For diet plan i need more information like your current eating habits, you are vegetarian or non vegetarian? Are Ellergic to any to or not many things we need for planing diet plan.

Need more information about you. Your past & present medical history and blood report , LFT report as well. Include BCCA rich diet in your routine. Avoid Alcohol, fried and junk food. Avoid prolonged meal gap. Have your meal in 2-3 hours. Consult me for more details through Practo.
