Hi,
I have been trying to find out correct diet plan for slow transit constipation.
My colon is not working properly.i tried many diet nothing worked out..My diet be like morning fruits, noon brown rice with vegetables and dinner be like idly/dosa/ chapathi with any veg kurma..still constipated don't know why..
Can anyone plz suggest correct diet plan for slow transit constipation..if I take more fiber some times I'm getting over constipated with gas..
If I eat white rice I'm getting more constipated.. I'm not getting an urge to go to bathroom..few fruits like papaya, fruit juice, smoothie are constipating me..plz suggest perfect diet plan which suits me..
