Her Height and weight are concerning
My neice is 16 and her Height is 4ft 6inch and weighs 36, I'm very very concerned about her growth and her height. We are a typical Indian family her father is and mother are both around 5 ft 4 inches but brothers are 5ft 9inches. I wonder about anything to be done about her Height diet wise or any activities wise because my sister doesn't allow any medications. Please help us with any guidance.
