Hi, My husband (age 35) has been detected with acute VitD3 deficiency. Place where we live has very rare sunlight. Can you suggest some tonic/tabs/capsule etc. to compensate for the VitD3 deficiency. Also, which food are abundant in VitD3. Thanks

Hii, Healthy Vit D levels must b above 50 nmol/l . Since Vit D is water soluble Vitamin its dosage must b continuously taken by the body for healthy muscles and bones. We need to assess your test reports and other vitals like age, gender , height, weight to clearly give you perfect advise.
