Hi,
Weight reduction is a gradual process. If anyone follows proper diet plan and do exercise regularly certainly it will work. As you have mentioned that you have followed low carb diet, but what kind of food you have included in your diet, what is your dietary pattern, how much visible fat you are consuming everything matters. A diet plan must be customised according to individual's need.
Health Tips
Take small but frequent meal, include complex carbohydrates, fresh vegetables ( spl. leafy vegetables) and fruits. Drink atleast 2.5- 3 litre water per day. Practice different kind of exercise like low cardio, weight bearing exercise and yoga atleast 30-45 min. per day.
