Hi, I'm working out daily to lose my weight under the supervision of a gym coach. I'm 25 years old and currently weigh 88kgs and my height is 6feet. I'm taking redscience full stack whey protein after the workout. I workout daily for 45 mins. Now to get more effective on weight loss journey, can I consume liquid L Carnitine for weight loss? Hi. I m feeling very low energy & sleepy all the time. I m not getting a good sleep. About myself 7 months back I delivered my second baby through c section & I lost him to meconium aspiratory syndrome in a weeks time. So I m still not able to come out of that. I am a software engineer and from past few months my belly fat has been increased to a huge extent. It can be due to just sitting and working all day without much movement. I am not working out from past 1.5 years.
