I'm suffering from pilonidal sinus on my left buttocks natal cleft and under homeo medication. I just want to know if there is a possibility of getting rid of pilonidal sinus with the help of good nutrition. So I have been following a diet plan to lose 2 kgs weight in 2 days from youtube. But yesterday I read that sometimes our body can lose muscle instead of fat which is bad..
As my only form of exercise is walking in the morning for 30 minutes daily. I dont go to gym.. So if I lose weight following this diet, how will I know if its fat or muscle?
