Diet plan for weight loss
I have very hectic work schedule as well I study after the job which gives me no time for physical activity and I am very willing to get involve in physical exercise but never find time for the same. How can I loose weight by regulating my diet only. As I know my diet is a big factor because I came home in lockdown and I eat same quantity before as of now but still my weight keeps on increasing. And rate of gaining my weight is also very high, for example, if I dont control my intake for a week, my weight increases by 4-5 kgs also in just 2 weeks. Please guide.
