Malnutrition
I look very skinny like malnutrition person. I eat three times meal in 24 Hours. Why I don't gain weight ? I eat healthy foods like Fruits, Nuts, Organic Vegetables meat etc. But nothing is happening.

Hi dear, according to your height n age your weight should be approx 55kg to 58kg.so need proper Diet chart so that you wl increase your desire weight.need a tyroid checkup . Add some shakes wth breakfast n dinner as like banana ,mango n chiku shake then take your breakfast n dinner.add  3 litr water per day.n u can add some dry fruits laddu in your meal.call for appointment through practo

Hi High  protein diet with high density carbohydrates need to be included in your deit . Home made protein powder with milk twice need to be taken. Small frequent meals need to planned in a healthy way Walk for 30mins 5days a week.
