Malnutrition
I am very thin. hemoglobin is 8.4. weight is around 37kg. i have specs. calcium is also low. sometimes i feel fatigued and tired. if i have stress, i become sweaty and i feel suffocated. help me with proper diet to gain weight and be healthy.

Hi I need your height as well for a better guidance. Take iron rich foods on a daily basis like dates, anjeer, chana and gud combination, dark green leafy vegetables,banana. You can have milk with dates or banana milkshake daily this will also help in increasing your weight as well. Make sure you have a good source of vitamin c at each meal like lemon juice so that maximum iron is absorbed by tour body. Calcium rich products would be milk, paneer, curd, dals, rajma dark leafy vegetables, cheese, etc. Hope this guides you.
