Eating only biscuits won't help to gain your, weight
For weight gain you need a proper balanced diet
You need to consume moderate calories and high protein diet.

2.Concrete on quality wise eating not on quantity wise.
3. Drink plenty amount of water.
4. Include fruits and vegetables in your diet.
follow proper workout.
5.Do daily brisk walk atleast for 30 mins.
6. consume high protein diet and moderate calorie diet take Smp (skim milk powder) ( this is high in protein include this powder in your diet) how to use smp is : take 1tbsp powder add in your chapati dough and consume that chapati in lunch and dinner this will boost your energy and as well as immunity. You can also frequently consume Eggs. Specially Egg white you can have boiled eggs during breakfast this will keep you fit.
7. Avoid junk food.
8. change oil in every 6 months.

Biscuits are high in saturated fats and processed flour and sugar which is certainly not healthy in any condition,let alone IBS.
