I'm suffering from malnutrition from childhood, having loose muscle. But from few years unable to digest hard foods like, wheat, millets, milk etc.. now I'm considering taking supplements like fish oil, multivitamin etc.. so that i can gain some good muscle and healthy body. Pleas suggest is it the right approach for my problem.

Hi According to me first get urself check of d allergy test If u have any allergy then we can treat u for that .Otherwise malnutrition is a very sensitive issue so we have to tackle them with utmost care .Choices are one thing that has to be taken care of n we have to make a balance between carbohydrates n proteins .Excessive use of them can lead to indigestion so we will tackle ur case very sensitively. Hi good to see your question.  I can tell you that body and muscle building are so much effort orientated. Diet , proper exercise must.  I suggest initially you should get a gluten and lactose free diet chart so that you can gradually prepare yourself for musle building target. Primary need is balanced diet to reach that level followed by the muscle building diet. So high quality carbs, protein diet is best rather not to consume and commercial supplements. These may not suit you.

You need a tailored diet plan that ensures you get enough nutrients. Which may include; having a healthier, more balanced diet eating "fortified" foods that contain extra nutrients snacking between meals having drinks that contain lots of calories. You may contact me for detailed diet plan.
