Eat more calorie-rich foods like nuts, seeds, dairy, eggs, and ghee to support weight gain. Have a glass of milk with soaked dates and almonds every morning. Eat every 2-3 hours, including protein-rich foods like paneer, chicken, fish, and dal. Include banana, mango, and chiku in your diet for natural energy and weight gain. Add peanut butter, cheese, and homemade ghee to your meals for extra calories. Avoid junk food; eat home-cooked meals with good fats and protein. Drink plenty of water but avoid drinking water just before meals. Strength training and stretching exercises can help improve muscle mass and posture. Sleep for at least 7-8 hours daily to support body growth and recovery. Have a bedtime snack like warm milk with honey or nuts to prevent muscle loss. Spend some time in sunlight daily for vitamin D, which helps in bone growth. Avoid stress, as it can affect digestion and muscle growth. If weight is not increasing, get a thyroid, vitamin B12, and D test done.
Next Steps
Avoid adding table salt, extra oil, or heavy tadka to your meals. This helps reduce unnecessary sodium and unhealthy fats, supporting better heart health and overall wellness.
