Meat soak seep out the blood
Dear Doctor , Apart from fully cooking , should the non veg beef or mutton or chicken be soaked in water to seep out the residual blood before cooking safely or we need not soak and seep out the blood ?? Is it safe to cook and eat a meat from which residual blood has not   seeped out fully ???

Hi yes you can soak the meat in water and use an ozonizer as well so as to clean out the impurities .  Many different ozonizer are available in market.  If any residual blood is there, as long the meat is well cooked through is  safe.

The source of the meat is of absolute importance, Hence from a hygienic source and cooked  using methods  that cooks it optimally  may not require  pre soaking to remove  residual  substances

Good morning Its good to wash the non veg. Properly before cooking . You can soak the mutton or chicken in a normal water for 20mins and the wash every single piece well and cook on high flame.

Hello, If you cook well & boil the meat well, you can keep the residual blood , but the most important thing, as much as you try, some minimum amount will be there with the raw meat. But don't worry it's quite safe to have it but we'll cooked. If you have any questions you can ask me here or in online consultation or you can GOOGLE SEARCH DIETITIAN SOUVIK CHAKRABORTY
