Hi You should add high fiber diet in you meal like oats, fruits with peel, cucumber with peel, water melon, musk melon. An average male needs 35 to 40gm off fiber in a day from the diet. You can add Organic whole husk psyllium in your diet 1 scoop in a warm water after lunch . The water intake has to be high and you should drink 10 to 12 glasses off water in a day.

Hi, Constipation over a period of time can give rise to haemorrhoids. Thus treating it is very important. Diet rich in fibre and fluids like Leafy vegetables, Citrus fruits like Tangerines, Sweet lime , Papaya etc are usefull. Hydrating your body well is equally important so have a glass of water every hour. Exercise for 30-40 minutes daily as lack of activity can give rise to constipation.
