3:30am -12 pm Sleep
1 pm - 5 almonds, 4 cashews, 1 walnut
2pm - 4 chapati 1 glass buttermilk and

5pm Masala Oats
6:30 pm- Pre workout drink
7-8:30pm - Workout
9 pm - 2 boiled eggs 1 glass milk + 1 scoop whey protein
10:30pm Dinner( 4 chapati + daal+ salad)
2:30 -3:00am - Chwayanprash + 4 pistachios + 1 glass milk+ 1 ashvagandha tablet
4 litres water everyday
Do I need to change or revise my meals or anything ??
is it good enough ?? Please suggest should i change something in this diet or not

How bad is skipping breakfast
During weekdays, whenever i eat (even little like a cup of milk) breakfast I feel sleepy and it's difficult concentrate during this WFH .
Thus I usually have brunch (4 chappati/3 paratha) at 12:30 pm and dinner around 8 pm (3 chappati)
On holiday like sat, sun, I eat all 3 meals.
I am 85 kg and height is 5 feet 9 inch.
I am a non veg (meat rarely like once a month, but egg almost daily), non smoker, non drinker and very very rarely drink tea/coffee.
I fast competely on water (not even fruits/kuttu) every once in 15 days (ekadashi)
Just wanted to check if this lifestyle is fine ?
