Hi.. Very Good morning Firstly my question is how do you know that u have a PCOS. Have done any test like Ultrasound or blood test. Or u have irregular menstruation. What happened in PCOS whatever weight you lost in a month when menses  are coming ur body start bloating/ retention then ur scale is showing sudden weight gain. Here please don't be disappoint becoz its a temporary phase ..and u keep working out and have healthy lifestyle

1. small frequent meals ( everyone saying that that means its important) 2. include dhania or ajwain water 3. no late night dinner or bingeing;))) 4. keep healthy snacks ( makhana or roasted chana 5. start ur day with oats/ dalia / sprouts

Hi Go for high fiber diet. Eat small frequent meals. Make sure you are not eating processed food. Stop eating deep fried foods . Sleep 7 to 8hours in a days. Drink 2 to 3lt of water in a day.
