Firstly my question is how do you know that u have a PCOS. Have done any test like Ultrasound or blood test. Or u have irregular menstruation.
What happened in PCOS whatever weight you lost in a month when menses are coming ur body start bloating/ retention then ur scale is showing sudden weight gain. Here please don't be disappoint becoz its a temporary phase ..and u keep working out and have healthy lifestyle
