My father in law didn't had blood sugar before 6 months and his blood sugar level were on the border range before that.
This time when he did his test his blood sugar level on fasting was 170 and after good was 320.. he his bit worried as he is regularly walking for more than an hours still his sugar level not dropping done.. he his controlling his food by avoiding tea/ coffee, sweets etc...
Any natural way to bring down his blood sugar level and maintain?

Hi Dear,in this case you need a proper Diet chart. to controlling his food by avoiding tea/coffee n sweets are not sufficient.u hv need a proper 6meal patern diet wth under supervision wth a Dietitian.becouse if sugar level reach till 320.so it's not good for him .it may be critical .may be he wl b insulin dependn.so don't be late.just book a Dietitian appointment to know more.
