Regarding sugar use
I use white sugar in tea regularly. I drink 3-4 cup tea in one day. Each cup contains 1-2 small tablespoon sugar. I want to know that is it okay to take sugar free gold tabs instead of white sugar regularly. Or any other good substitute of white sugar as I can't drink milk and tea without sugar.

Please avoid sugar...adding so much sugar up to the tea is adding empty calories to your diet. Limit on tea and u can avoid sugar in tea. Also sugar substitute is also not a good option to be taken.

Hello user Since you have kidney stones and cysts it is not advisable to consume high amount of caffeine. Cut down on your tea intake gradually, bring it down to about 2 cups a day with 1 spoon of sugar. This will automatically reduce your sugar intake as well. Kindly avoid sugar free tablets, stevia can be used. For all your health issues kindly contact through practo direct for a customized program. Thank you
