Healthy evening, You can option for decaffeinated tea , and thereby avoid reeling under the side effects of tea addiction. You can also physically limit yourself to just a cup or two per day , and no more than that. This will gradually reduce temptation. Switch to healthier alternatives like green tea, chamomile tea or simple herbal teas , this will reduce the dependency on caffeine and help you reduce the temptation gradually. Some side effects of drinking too much tea : Digestive problems Reducing iron absorption Increasing anxiety, stress and restlessness Poor sleep Nausea Heartburn Headache Dizziness.

Hi, Whatever you are feeling is signs that you are facing some sort of gastric issues, and it's not because of avoiding tea. In that case like heartburn if you include tea it will cause you more gastric issues especially if you are taking early morning so if you decided to quit just quit the tea prepared with milk. instead can have other herbal teas. You can connect with me I will let you know in detail how you can handle this issue.
