Green Tea consumption
Respectful Sir/Madam, Can we consume a cup of green tea daily in the morning and night! Does green tea has any side effects? Does it cause any health problem or Does it damage liver? Should green tea be consumed hot or warm or a bit cool? Kindly suggest please. Thanking you,
