Most of these herbal concoctions are very potent and effective but when overdone, can have some impacts. So it’s better to consume it 1-2 times a week and keep it in moderation.

Consumption of Cinnamon tea depends on your medical history . Need more details to give an opinion. Usually a cup of cinnamon tea per day is fine if your medical history is clear. But give breaks after every week or so for 2-3 days. Green tea con be taken 2 hours before breakfast or after lunch. But whatever you take , do it under the guidance of a professional.

Only Cinnamon tea or any other super food won't be proving any result. Don't go wrong way. Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities. Try getting sleep for 6-8 hrs min. For personalised & detailed guidance, contact directly. Thanks
