My height ("6 feet and weight around 110to 115 kg max) 1)Is intermittent fasting good to reduce fat? 2) Is breakfast compulsory ? I don't take breakfast because of my fat,I skip breakfast to brunch to follow intermittent fasting Please give your valuable answers

Hi Intermittent fasting is good to lose weight but not for long time. In your case you need to be on a proper diet and need to follow the proper guidance under a dietitian or nutritionist become the weight is on higher size and you have to  follow certain diet plans which will help to you to lose weight. For your height and weight all the meals are important but needs to be planned well.
