Hii .. I want to do intermittent fasting .. Can I do it twice a week only ? And rest 5 days eat normal without doing intermittent fasting .. does it has any benefits or I had to do it regularly .

Then,you can do it again after 1 week break.
But,try to have only healthy meals during that 1 week break time.
